Hello,
I’m sharing the last of these beautiful – unseen images from the Interiors Addict Story of artist’s Jenny McCown’s home… they’re so lovely and I want for them to be seen before she sells her home.
I actually have no idea how she is going to leave this beautiful house…. having said that, I feel Jenny is one talented lady and will make home – magic where ever she lives. Don’t you? I am quietly looking forward to seeing her next home!
Hannah from over at Lost and Wishful Thinking and I are always on the hunt for beautiful homes to photograph and style… so if you happen to know any great houses do let us keen house – scouts know… you can tag us on Instagram if you would like!
If you didn’t catch the Real Homes: Story on Interiors Addict, you can read about it here.
So I’m currently reading Shame Travels by Jasvinder Sanghera
I am still addicted listening to Undisclosed and The Serial Dynasty … and sadly, my gut feel is that I’m back to thinking Adnan is guilty.
Currently working on and sourcing for an Interior decorating job in Tennyson.
Loving the craftmanship of Green Cathedral and wishing I could spend all my hard earned pennies on their range.
I am excited that my son Oliver is back from Camp today – its been three big sleeps since I’ve seen him… Oh how I adore my boys!
At my home – I’ve just bought 2 x new cushions from Freedom, 3 new plants and am finalising the quote for our custom – made curtains ouch.
Lastly I am currently chomping on fries and I will so feel it later.
Happy Fri Fri, I would love to know what your excited about, loving, inspired by, addicted mildly distracted by ect…
Rachael xx
I would love my home to look like this. Perhaps over the years it will get there, but I’ve never been one to have a lot of time/cash to invest in my home. So inspiring though!! x
Hello lovely, I hear you Bron because I do not go crazy on my home either. I do it so very slowly and I make use of what I already own whether it’s on trend or not. I am not a huge fan of waste and I am tad anti consumerism which must surprise people. I am pretty sure Jenny’s house came together in this way too… I think that’s why I love it so – you can just see that it’s got so much heart and soul and not overly to do with the latest fashions. My favourite kind of houses are styled with mostly real and lots of heart so you will absolutely get there one day lady!! Xx
I could very happily take up residence there – you guys really did a beautiful job on the styling and photography hun. How good was it having your boy come home. My middle one heads off to camp next week and I miss him already at just the thought. I hope he had a wonderful time lovely xx
Oh my goodness Sonia, it was so lovely to see him – and I was so proud he managed to do it so confidently. It’s amazing the difference a year makes! Mind you I could have put him back on the bus 45mns later (soooo tired and cranky but I guess you can expect that). Do hope your lil man enjoys too!! You will miss him for sure!!! Funnily I think Gus missed him even more… But so adore all that brotherly love! Xx
